and just like that, I reappeared.

So a long time ago I had an LJ, and it was magical. I recently went back to LJ and there's just no going back for me, too much has changed. But I miss the people I met and wrote with and hung out with and it's time to enlarge my circle again.

I like writing, though I am out of practice. I was active in the Harry Potter and Alan Rickman fandoms on LJ with forays into CSI and Stargate as well.

Sometimes I talk about mental illness. I'm living with schizoaffective disorder, and the medication mostly works but life sometimes doesn't.

Sometimes I talk about sailing - I've been dreaming of a big sail, down south to Mexico and central America then through the panama canal. It takes money to sail, but I have the boat and working on the rest.

Sometimes, though rarely, I talk about trans things. I'm having chest surgery next month, so that topic may come up a bit in the near future.

Sometimes I talk about my family and friends, though I use pseudonyms and don't generally talk shit, just about what is going on in my world.

So yeah - Mortifyd is back. Year of action!
